This doesn't seem to work well. I am served by AT&T fiber from a manhole 2 feet from by building. The fiber has been here over 20 years, plus they just made a new pull this spring. I entered my address, got back: This address is not within 500 feet of a fiber path owned by one of the AT&T incumbent local exchange companies.
Then I put in the address of the AT&T central office, got the same results.
