You don't get out much, do you? :-p Windstream is a rural ILEC in many parts of the country, but has recently purchased Paetec, KDL\Norlight and I believe some others as well. They are one of the more aggressive aggregators in the past couple years. By some measures, they are one of the top 10 networks in the US.
