We user files created by the native Windows NETSH command to create capture
trace files that we then open in Microsoft Message Analyzer as .cap files.

We then open the .cap file in Wireshark and save it as a .pcap file so that we
can then open the file in our Riverbed Transaction Analyzer. With the new
versions of Wireshark: WE are no longer able to do that.
