Most likely your problem is the space in 'Program Files' - you might need to either try quotes around the file path in the Witango.ini file or try putting the crontabfile.txt file someplace with a filepath without spaces in it.

and ini file path is
C:\Program Files\Witango\Server\Configuration\witango.ini
I have the crontabfile path in ini file.
