The current sequence of actions came from the MSI sequence.msi except for AppSearch/LaunchConditions. We filed a doc bug with the Windows Installer team about those two and I think they agreed it is a better ordering (when will we sit it addressed, no idea).
I suppose we could suggest the same for FindRelatedProducts (before or after AppSearch?). Have to verify it won't have any patch impact.
