As soon as I put this in, I was able to change target in the Build Configuration Mgr! -dPlatform=x64 is passed to candle.exe just like I needed. I guess I'll be able to set <OutputName> to "fubarX64.msi" as well. Plus supply -arch to set the default platform if need be. Will test more later.
