Long standing problem with Gnustep apps and tooltips

Hello:

There is a long standing problem with the tooltips of the appicons of
Gnustep apps. If the appicon is not docked, it just shows:

        GNUstep

in the tooltip. If the appicon is docked, it shows:

        GNUstep
        (commandline)

IMHO it should be showing:

        App Name
        (commandline)

in all cases, just like non-GNUstep apps.
