I want to move the site to something a bit more modern, a better CMS.
I am facing two big problems:

 1) Selecting a good CMS
 2) Moving the data

The problem I have with the current one is that, quite honestly, I have
no idea *how* to update it. I could probably go into the MySQL backend
and massage the data that way, but that seems error-prone to me and,
quite honestly, very distasteful.

Any recomendations on a good CMS? Requiring PHP mr MySQL is a
non-starter.

Anyone willing to help with the data migration?

Thank you,
