Yes, I know it. Sorry, but I don't want the developers spent a lot
of time with the first patch. I want the developers understand the
idea.
Then its time for "reviewboard" , isn't it ?

}:-) I am not sure (but I don't know nothing about this tool). The
linux kernel uses git. Try tortoise-git, kdiff,... gitweb
(http://repo.or.cz/w/wmaker-crm.git) is nice too.
It is a web-based code "review" (not view) tool. This way you don't
need to "mail" patches to the ML if you want co-developers to
"review"
your code.
I spent a lot of time configuring my mail clients! ;-)
You should try the demo:

Really, thanks a lot for your proposal, but I have no time to learn
other tool. I am happy using "vim", "git" and "mutt". I don't need more
things. I can write my code in anyplace, at anytime with and without
internet connection. Again, thanks.
IMO we need more developers and a BTS (John is working in the BTS).
sorry, but what is BTS ?
BTS is Bug Tracking System. Is interesting to know the problems,
status,...
