I would place them the other way around, selected one first and then
unselected one, same order as focused/unfocused title.
Also I wonder if "Focused/Unfocused Window Frame Border Color" wouldn't
be better, unless it's this way due to lack of place, though
"Focused/Unfocused Frame Border Color" (without 'Window') should fit
fine.
