Once it is recorded in the above page [1], a PMC member needs to send a mail asking to create an account for Graham. Please see [2] for more information on that. The [EMAIL PROTECTED] will create an account for him and pass those information to the committer and to pmc. Then Dims needs to give Karma (assigned to proper groups in unix boxes) for him.
