Hi Chinthaka,

I faxed a fresh copy of my ICLA to the ASF this evening. I'm unsure whether
this will automaticaly result in my appearing on the Unlisted CLAs section,
or whether a "ping" is needed to somebody for that to happen?

Preferred userid: ... graham, gturrell, grahamt
Full name: ... Graham C Turrell
Forwarding email address: ... [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks for your help!

Kind Regards,

Graham.

IIRC, you don't need to have votes from PMC. Just 3 +1 votes (obviously
with no -1 votes) are fine.

Welcome Graham !!

When he submits the CLA, it should appear under unlisted CLAs section
[1]. But I still can not see his name in that pages. The best thing is
to send the CLA again.

Once it is recorded in the above page [1], a PMC member needs to send a
mail asking to create an account for Graham. Please see [2] for more
information on that.
The [EMAIL PROTECTED] will create an account for him and pass those
information to the committer and to pmc.
Then Dims needs to give Karma (assigned to proper groups in unix boxes)
for him.

New committers, please read [3] and [4].

When CLA is listed, if Graham can send me following details, to my
private email, I (or Jeremy) can take care of the rest.

Preferred userid: ... [please provide acceptable alternatives]
Full name: ... [as recorded on the CLA]
Forwarding email address: ... [as recorded on the CLA]
