There is also a duplicate message that differs only in the format
specifier for the port number (in one is unsigned - %u, and in another
is string - %s). The duplicate starts with:
Error: Your server is not reachable from the internet. Check your firewall
configuration: TCP Port...
The files from where these come are:

I propose just fix one to match the other and then simply update. Those
who already translated will not lose anything since the second
translation will be merged into the first, while the translations which
aren't updated will have one fuzzy less.
I am so confident about this change that I would do it myself, but I
don't have the time now.
