i still hand code, but i use Dreamweaver MX 2004, mainly because it saves half the design process, as i can preview in different browsers to see what my site is looking liike. It just makes life a hella alot easier. Im not going to come out and say that dreamweaver is everyones solution for editior, but for me, espeacially with it's improvements with CSS handling, Dreamweaver MX 2004 is my choice for both CSS & HTML editing.

I have tried stylemaster, but i really hated the interface, i'd rather use topstyle that stylemaster anyways, i feel that topstyle is a better programmed app then stylemaster by far.

so my picks would be Dreamweaver MX 2004 for HTML ( and CSS ) & for a CSS editor id use Topstyle.

hope that helps
