John, Without a doubt, TopStyle Pro 3.1 is the best around http://www.bradsoft.com/topstyle/index.asp. A bold statement but I've used a few and have settled on Nick's Delphi-written combined editor for about 15 months. It's a delight to use and extremely flexible, configuration-wise.
