Not only semantically null tag soup, but neither of the two sentences of actual content are grammatically correct. You lost me right there.

Suggest you do some research into this stuff, and code a site that is at least an honest attempt to conform to the ethos of what this list is about before you ask for a critique.

Try starting with Jeffrey's excellent book 'Designing with Web Standards'.

Sorry to be blunt, but you're talking to people who are *always* going to look under the hood, here. You need to cut the noise so your signal comes through more clearly.
