I've finally bit the bullet and built a fairly (I hope) standards compliant website, 47 Words (http://www.47words.com). I've just run it through the W3 Validators (CSS and XHTML) and it validates.
I'd really appreciate comments on the code, design, any ways I could make the markup more semantic, et cetera. Information on how things appear in Safari and other Mac browsers greatly appreciated, too, as I'm running Win XP. Thanks in advance.
