Looks like the double margin bug.
Try changing this...
#navMain ul li a
{ margin:43px 35px 0 0;
border:1px solid black;
float:right; display:block;
}
to this
#navMain ul li a
{ margin:43px 35px 0 0;
border:1px solid black;
float:right; display:inline;
}
