Hi Richard,

Thanks for pointing this out. The Special Instruction under Windows 
CMake needs to be removed completely. JTSDK-QT now has ( after Updating 
with JTSDK-DOC ) a resent build of Hamlib3 (Bill's Integration).

Unless there is a development need to build and test, build then re-test 
(on Windows), the version that resides within JTSDK-QT should be 
adequate for most users.

I have a build method that seems to be working, which will be added to 
the Hamlib3 Special Instructions section as time allows.
