Hi Bill,

It appears to be something before 4956 even, as both 56 and 57 are
exhibiting the same thing. I also built 4950 with same results.

The @ sign in middle decodes are truncated / chopped, but if the last
line in the decode is a JT9 decode, the @ sign is ok.

CQ is still rendering CO no matter where it is in the decoded list. I've
not go back past 4950 yet.
