I'm not sure who the original poster was / is, however, I would highly
recommend, for those building both the QT5 && Python3 based WSJT
applications, to use JTSDK.

Simple installation instructions can be found here:

The JTSDK Wiki needs updating, but the Python3 section is fairly
accurate, though, with the addition of building documentation from
within the apps, a Python27 / AsciiDoc section needs to be added.
