Hi Bill,

Whatever the entry point issue was, it's now gone. I removed the build 
directory completely, as well as the install tree(s). Probably should 
have done that beforehand.

Currently running some 2,200+ saved wave files ( JT9 + JT65 mode ) from 
40m. Will let you know if I hit any additional issues.
