Thanks for running that. Related to this, I am intrigued to know how you 
are managing to build an install target for a Release configuration 
build on Windows. If you have dumpbin.exe installed it should not be 
working and if you don't have it installed your install fixup must be 
taking many minutes because of the problem I am currently discussing 
with the CMake developers.

As it is just a simple library location with good CMake support, simply 
adding the Qt root to the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH should be enough to build. 
For running you will probably have to use LD_LIBRARY_PATH to locate the 
Qt components.

TBH I wouldn't worry too much as Qt 5.5 is not a major upgrade from 5.2 
so I don't expect any serious problems.
