Hi Peter,
To get the version info ( from an OS standpoint ), you can look at the
package you installed, as it has the rxxxx number in the file name.
There are several ways to do this, this is just a few to consider:
* dpkg -l wsjtx
* apt-cache policy wsjtx
* dpkg -l wsjtx |grep ^ii |awk '{print $3}'
* apt-cache show wsjtx | grep ^Version:
This last one will list all the available packages, with the newest on top.
