Hi Peter, Yes, r5746 is correct, I sent it to Launchpad to build last night. You can also verify this by looking at the packages themselves on Launchpad:
https://launchpad.net/~ki7mt/+archive/ubuntu/wsjtx-next/+packages Click the down arrow under [ Sources ], in your case, most likely, the Trusty line. That will display all the current builds for 14.04 Trusty. If your using JTSDK-Nix to build with, the rxxxx number does appear in the About WSJT-X. The difference is what Bill ( G4WJS ) explained in his last post on the subject. 73's Greg, KI7MT On 08/05/2015 03:59 PM, Peter Frenning [OZ1PIF] wrote: > Den 05-08-2015 kl. 23:16 skrev KI7MT: >> Hi Peter, >> >> To get the version info ( from an OS standpoint ), you can look at the >> package you installed, as it has the rxxxx number in the file name. >> There are several ways to do this, this is just a few to consider: >> >> * dpkg -l wsjtx >> * apt-cache policy wsjtx >> * dpkg -l wsjtx |grep ^ii |awk '{print $3}' >> * apt-cache show wsjtx | grep ^Version: >> >> >> This last one will list all the available packages, with the newest on top. >> >> 73's >> Greg, KI7MT >> >> > Right, and it seems the correct info is r5746 > > Thanks > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel
