Thanks for reporting this result.  In jt65sim, if you specify DT=0 the 
Tx message starts exactly 12000 samples (= 1.0 s) into the file.  The Tx 
message generated by WSJT-X supposedly does the same thing.

However, in your audio loop back test you also have a latency on both 
audio output and audio input channels.  Possibly these amount to as much 
as 0.2 s ?

I don't see this as a very big issue; I was just trying to understand 
the details of what's happening.
