After upgrading to OS X 10.11.4 on a Mac Mini (mid 2011), so far I have not
seen this issue reoccur. I previously have seen it in early versions of 10.11.
I don’t have OS-X 10.11.5 - has this been released?
Oh, my rig is an Elecraft K3 with the new USB interface.
