Hi Mike,

thanks for testing this. The frequency being used was the wrong variable 
but the right variable will sometimes not be the correct frequency 
either. So I have changed things so that no Internet spotting is done 
while rig control is not working. Nothing gets turned off now so if rig 
control is restored, spotting and band hopping resume as previously 
configured.
