Joe, other colleagues,
been following this interesting discussion for some time. WSJT-X allows
one to set the colour for message classes, presumably in recognition of:
*1)* red/green colour blindness;
*2)* colour blindness related to other perceptual axes;
*3)* the need to allow operators who are most comfortable with high
or low visual contrast to make the adaptation which best suits them
(there are many and varied reasons why such adaptations are necessary);
*4)* one size does not fit all;
*5)* the importance of ergonomics in the design of complex systems
that interact with human operators.
Since there is no obvious consensus otherwise, one might suggest
adopting Joe's colour suggestions, but allowing the colours to be
user-configurable.

Hi Edson,
Revision 7599 uses QColor(85,170,85) for "normal" and QColor(232,81,0)
(a dark orange) aof "too low".
I think the dark orange is an improvement. Not so sure about the
gray-green, but perhaps others will like it ??
