But surely it's much more fun to overload functionality on to a system
that's already creaking at the seams with excess functionality rather
than take a simple and direct approach!
That said, none of my W. Heath Robinson books have any mention of a
Nuclear Winter, as more recently mentioned. Should we find out the hard
way what the effects are, one has *very* good reason to believe that
keeping local time going, let alone UT0 or UTC, will be the least of our
worries!

PS: If anyone really *does* wish to synch a local clock to the consensus
of incoming data frames, then the necessary hooks would seem to be in
the UDP status messages documented at
https://sourceforge.net/p/wsjt/wsjt/HEAD/tree/branches/wsjtx/NetworkMessage.hpp#l191.
This *is* a development list, after all!
