For confirmation: Just created an wsjt_log.adi file from my standard logbook where all grid squares are in 4-digit format. Result: WSJT-X 2.0.0-rc2 now recognizes all stations worked before as well as new grids, new grids on band, new calls, new calls on band and so on as it should.
Conclusion: There really must be a bug, that 6-digit grids are not correctly recognized by WSJT-X 2.0.
