Hi Tim,
in WSJT-X click "Menu->File->Open log directory" that will open a
Windows File Explorer window with the directory opened where you need to
put the logging configuration file.

I installed WSJT-X RC4 and I am having issues. I am running

Hi Tim,
so I can see what is happening, please put the attached file into your
WSJT-X configuration files directory (the same as the log files
directory on Windows - "Menu->File->Open log directory") then restart
WSJT-X and reproduce the issue in the shortest time possible (keeps
the log file small), quit WSJTX, then send me the file
WSJT-X_RigControl.log that will have been created on your Desktop.
Send the file direct to g4wjs <at> classdesign <dot> com.
