Rename that .ini file back, recreate the problem and send me the log file.Be
sure to delete the log file on your desktop before starting WSJT-X again.

Mike, I had more Hamlib errors in different parts of doing a QSO. Much better
now but there must be other code hiding from view.
Thanks

Mike, operation is better but still there are some issues. I did get one Rig
Control Error but the most problematic area is the radio changes frequency in
the middle of a QSO. That happened in the middle of a 30 second T/R QSO. I
will monitor the problems and let you know fi they persist. Rebooting the PC
now to make sure that is not the issue.

This has been fixe in hamlib now.
Any Icom with a 1-byte mode value would see this error.

Hamlib error in RC4
I installed WSJT-X RC4 and I am having issues. I am running Windows 10 and an
IC-735. Everything was working fine on RC3 but now I am have problems
transmitting using RC4. Freq control looks to be OK but I am not getting
consistent PTT. When I go to Settings / Radio I can test the CAT box and it
turns green. When I test PTT I am getting this error:
Rig Failure Hamlib error: Command rejected by the rig while getting current VFO
mode.
If I go to “Tune” on the main screen I am often able to transmit for several
seconds until It drops out of transmit and I get the following error:
Hamlib error: Command rejected by the rig while getting current VFO mode

Please call of email me if there is anything I can do, and thanks for your hard
work!!
