Wait, backing up from a cancel with the <- key in lynx apparently
doesn't cause the page to be requested again, as it does in
netscape. Hmm, perhaps use some kind of HTTP header magic so netscape
will think the [netscape internal] cached version of the "Request
recorded" page is up to date and doesn't need to be refreshed, causing
a just canceled request to get rerequested.
