in lynx, only the first time we hit the link, and then again the first
time I hit cancel, are there actually any actions done, as lynx
apparently caches these actions and does not repeat them.

- Y - N - N - N - N - N
Y means we see the request when we use wwwoffle-ls outgoing, N means
we see no request.

sorry the arrows are not

With netscape 4 however, we get
- Y - N - Y - N - Y - N

indeed, with both lynx and netscape, I never see the "there is no such
request to delete"

Anyways, netscape users cannot expect to 'back out' without stepping
on the land mine again, unless the jump two steps at once.

lynx users on the other hand should not expect that once they canceled
a request, that going back to the link and hitting it again will
actually send a new request, at least not in this session.
