You have not got Javascript enabled for this page. The only thing
that can be done without Javascript is a form reset button which will
unselect everything.
If you have Javascript enabled for this page then you will see "select
all", "toggle selected" and "unselect all" buttons.
I use the NoScript extension for Firefox that allows enabling or
disabling Javascript for each host individually. This means that I
can enable it for WWWOFFLE and a very small set of trusted internet
servers but not for all.
