Yes - but that goes for all window managers. I considered that, but decided to ask anyway, as (AFAIK) QuartzWM is written by/at Apple and could thus have benefited from all kinds of undocumented features. There's also the possibility to put a window-menu under a window entry under the XQuartz Dock icon or in the menubar.
