I use XQuartz 2.7.11 daily too, now with Catalina... but I worry that it hasn't been updated since 2016.
Since there has been a flurry of emails on this email list in the last few days, I thought it might be a good time to ask whether there will ever be an update for XQuartz? (I really hope so!)
