Agreed.  The WMSRadar is the only one I use.  Its transparency value has changed
yet again, and appears to be 0x000000 for the moment, after months of being
0x010101.  The instability of that transparent value makes this an unpredictable
map to use.

I noticed that a recent commit changed the transparent value of the USRadar 
map --- it's been a long time since I used that map, and when I tried today
it's not working anymore --- I get a "must specify image size" error.

That solution has to come from the source of the images, and is not something
xastir can fix except on a band-aid basis.
