Don't remove all of graphicsMagick, just the Devel file. Otherwise you 
will break things. Removing the GraphicksMagick-devel will keep the 
configure from seeing it. Now you can install Imagemagick and the 
Imagemagick-devel file to go with it, and everything will be good.
