Icon should always have been non transparent so probably missed on previous
pulls.
Language tag was mandatory since half way frodo and adding it makes the
addon.xml consistent.
The rest are not something we are enforcing atm but they will perhaps in
the future hence it's already mentioned like that on the wiki.
