Can we do that step 1 after doing this ? Step 1 only creates a custom privilege class. It is optional, but can be done after you configure DirMaint and SMAPI. You just need to authorized the zHCP for DirMaint and SMAPI access (step 3-5 in http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/xcat/index.php?title=XCAT_zVM_Setup#Configuring_z.2FVM.2C_SMAPI.2C_and_DirMaint ). You can view any user entry by: 1. Request the directory entry ==> DIRM FOR <userid> GET 2. Open the reader ==> RDR 3. Find the file based on its user ID and hit F11 to peek at it.
