Surely it's not inconceivable that a java project might have some C
headers. JNI? OK, so it's unlikely, but it's a good idea to stick to
your own namespace just in case.

I just used the principle that more information is better. I think that
we are now committed to the xercesc directory name because, since 1.5.1,
Xercec-C++ installs its headers in <prefix>/include/xercesc when doing a
'make install'.
