That would be great if you could "port" it (whatever
that means) to Xerces2. It would be a great addition
to the xerces.util functionality.
Look at xml-commons. It contains OASIS XML Catalog, XCatalog 0.4, XML
Catalog 0.2 and SOCAT catalog implementations exposed as
EntityResolver and URIResolver. It's orthogonal to any JAXP parser
implementation.
