As I understand it, the officiel place for svn for Xfce is svn.xfce.org and I don't think that Transifex is pointing to this! So to synch the 2 repos a script has to be employed. Using non officiel tools to maintain might not be adviseable. It will create more issues than solutions. Well for now migration from svn to git is having priority and will be done within nearest future. Transifex or Danmed Lies might be better, but for now I think that using the official repo will create less confusion. So one again I would advice you to use official Xfce repo as being the one used for any new releases.
