This may not have anything to do with it, but Brazil addresses possibly seem
to have something to so with this problem ... is it possible that MSN and
/or Hotmail are doing something highly restrictive with Brazilian IP's, even
if they are not in an RBL, or something like that? Windows users also seem
to be having the problem far more (or exclusively).

I noticed that a month or so ago as well when some of the mails about this
were being sent.

It is important to note that I have (so far) never had any problems similar
to the ones being mentioned with Hotmail or MSN, and I think that there are
many XMail users who are also not having this problem, so there must be a
common thread of some sort other than just XMail.
