I now have gif0 tunnel sort of working. The endpoint ip4 address is same but its ip6 address had changed. Ntpdate -6 and ftp -6 connections seem to work ok. I tried xmail with -M7 and still had same reject message, but telnet -6 mail.lordynet.me.uk (isp server) gave connection refused so looks like although adverising ip6 address it doesn't allow ip6 connection so I've queried that with isp. The default xmail without -Mn connects by ip4 ok.
