People say that the response rate of LCDs is lacking for games, but I've got a couple here, and don't see a major problem. LCDs are also a damn sight safer to hack around with :) The major drawback is the perfectly flat rectangular screen - arcade screens are traditionally like goldfish bowls in comparison...
