The gun is actually connected to the S-Video out of the GeForce4. There
is a S-vid cable that then goes to the TV from the gun. It turns out
this order is important, which I didn't expect. If you go TV out->S-Vid
cable->gun->TV, you get a nice scrolling picture. The VGA port on the
GF4 is not being used.

It *almost* works. I have stable picture and it registers the shots in
the general vicinity (but not good enough) of where I'm aiming. I'll try
some other games and dig into this more over the next couple of days.
