Thank you for your immediate response. I just right clicked on the icon and
selected "ここに展開する" ("extract zip here" in English).
So, I didn't try following command yet ; sh installer-linux.old-3.6.sh
-noCheckCertificate. I will try it next Monday(JST) because I'll be off the lab
for several days.

I'm not certain what the problem is. I grabbed the version 3.6 linux.old
install script on a CentOS 6.10 machine and successfully
ran:
sh installer-linux.old-3.6.sh -noCheckCertificate
Which command(s) do you run?
